SHIPPING FEES 

When you order from this website your orders shipped for FREE anywhere in continental USA. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and all other international destinations incur a shipping fee which is applied at checkout. Duties on international orders (outside of continental USA) are not included in the shipping fee. These are the buyer’s responsibility.

Deliveries to Military addresses (APO/FPO) ship for FREE.

 

DELIVERY TIMING

All orders are despatched within 2 days of order receipt. Tracking information will be provided as orders are despatched. Delivery timeframe depends on destination.

 

DISCOUNTS

To honour and thank you for your service, we are proud to offer all military personnel and all First Responders a 20% discount which is applied at checkout though id.discount.

 

CURRENCY

All prices quoted on this website are in US Dollars. You may however select other currencies which are calculated using current exchange rates.

 

REFUND POLICY 

01. 30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
Changed your mind? If you aren't delighted with your purchase, you can return a product, unused and in the original packaging, within 30 days and we will happily refund the purchase price. 

02. SHIPPING FEES
For change-of-mind purchases, you are responsible for shipping the products back to the address provided. This includes responsibility for the return shipping costs and any duties incurred.

Original delivery fees are refunded only if returns are for defective products, products that were not described accurately, or incorrect orders.

03. REFUNDS
The refund will be for the full value of the returned items, unless otherwise noted.

Credit for returned items will be applied to the credit method that was used to make the purchase. Returns will be applied to the purchasing credit card within 5 to 10 days of the date that the return is approved.

A 20% restocking fee may apply for change-of-mind purchases and will be advised when the return request is received.

If the return is due to defective products, inaccurate product descriptions, or an incorrect order, you may be compensated for the return shipping.
